I'm a Level 3 Gottman Therapist- the Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy. You'll learn how to effectively communicate, work through challenges, and re-build a strong foundation and friendship. I'm trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and ESFT to work with individuals. You'll gain insight into your feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships. You'll learn how to positively approach negative patterns in your life.
